Exchanges and Refunds

Our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before they are posted. If your goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind once you receive your order, you may return them for an exchange (delivery costs are non-refundable). Merchandise to be returned must be in original condition – that is unworn, unwashed, with packaging and tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Return postage is at the customer’s expense; however we will post out the new selection for you with no additional postage charge. Please note that sale items cannot be returned (unless faulty) so please choose carefully.
